Tank Cleaning

We have been cleaning tankers at our own purpose built tankwash since 1996. It is the cornerstone of our tanker operations as a pre-requisite to loading a customer’s product on a tanker is that it must be spotlessly clean. We clean our own tankers daily and are able to take care of virtually any product.

Although the wash bay is primarily for our own use, we do clean tankers for outside hauliers from time to time. We have facilities for cleaning all types of tankers including ISO containers, powder tanks and boxes as well as food tankers. We use food grade detergent where necessary and only ever use potable water, hot or cold. We have a powerful hot air dryer which is easily capable of drying out aluminium powder tanks. Steam heating is also available on a 24/7 basis.
