Duncan Hill has been running out of the same Cumbrian yard since 1951, and people tend to stay.
A number of our team have been here well over twenty years, drivers, office and yard alike, which says more about the place than anything we could write here.
It’s specialist work, bulk liquids, chemicals, hazardous loads, and it needs people who take it seriously and want to do it properly. If that sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you, whether you’re an experienced hand or looking to train into this kind of work.

The yard is at Crosby Villa near Maryport. The work takes you the length of the UK, from Scottish distilleries to Devon dairies, and home again.
